CARBOOTSCORNWALL are delighted to be involved with LTC Catering who have supplied all types of Catering to our 7 weekly Car Boot Sales since 1998 when they arrived on a Summer Season trial period and are now in their 11th year.
The Catering supplied is to the highest standard and well supported by our customers who prefer the wide choices of foods and ice-creams at realistic and affordable prices. Our Car Boot are subject to scrutiny from various authorities in particular we often receive inspections of the Catering units and the food offered to the general public. These unannounced visits are made several times a year by Cornwall Council's Food Safety & Public Health & Protection teams, at the end of their inspections they report their findings to Car Boots Cornwall and it is these constant good reports that keep LTC Catering as the only company we use in the knowledge of the professional and high standards of food and its presentation from all members of their staff.
We highly recommend the HOG ROASTS for anyone considering a special event party either they will do it all for you or they will arrive and leave you to serve your own guests and collect the ovens later!
LTC also have the rights to sell their full ranges of delicious ice creams at our Car Boot Sales ideal for the hot summer days.
